Rooted in her desire to serve others while staying present for her family, Jennifer has created a practice centered on compassion, courage, and connection. Her work goes beyond therapy sessions; it’s about creating safe spaces where healing and growth can truly take place.
What inspired you to start your business?
My family inspired me to start my business. It has always been a goal of mine to do work that I love while also having the flexibility to be present for my family — attending school events, extracurricular activities, and the everyday moments that matter most. Building my own practice allows me to serve others wholeheartedly while still honoring what’s most important at home.
What’s a favorite product or service you offer—and why?
Client-centered psychotherapy is my favorite service to offer. So many people don’t get the opportunity to be truly heard or to have someone hold space for them without judgment and with unconditional positive regard. Providing that kind of environment — where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered — allows real healing and growth to take place.
What’s one challenge you’ve overcome as a business owner?
One challenge I’ve overcome as a business owner is learning to wear all the hats. As a therapist, my passion is serving clients — but running a business requires marketing, networking, finances, systems, and constant decision-making. Stepping into the CEO role while still holding space for others stretched me in new ways, but it’s helped me grow both professionally and personally.
What do you love most about the work you do?
There is such courage that comes with counseling. For a client to feel safe enough to share their most vulnerable thoughts and feelings with me is an incredible honor. Being trusted in that space — and walking alongside someone as they heal, grow, and rediscover their strength — is the most meaningful part of the work I do.
